Career Next Step, Inc. is a private company incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Career Next Step is fully owned and operated by the founders, James G. Clawson, W. Herbert Crowder, III, Mark Higgins, and Conor Sibley. In 2005, Career Next Step was awarded 1st prize in the University of Virginia Business Plan Competition, and continues to receive financial and logistical support from the Batten Progressive Incubator in recognition of this award.
